To ensure that you easily can make use of your data in the Expenture
data warehouse, you are always offered a large variety of predefined management
reports as part of the solution. To further ensure that you have the
statistics and analysis you need, we are always ready to meet your
wishes of other reports than the predefined ones. The list of reports is
endless.
Expenture
offers both reports with statistical information consolidated across
your supplier base and organisation and intelligent reports that
indicate e.g. trends, potential savings and benchmarking.
Our reports compare your travel policy with the actual spending –
allowing you to standardise your response to out-of-policy behaviour and
purchasing patterns. In order to help you to attain a company-wide view,
we consolidate your data in four currencies: Usage currency, currency of
settlement, company-preferred currency of consolidation and benchmarking
currency.

Benchmarking
Some reports benchmark your company against other companies. These
reports give you an analysis of how your company is doing compared to
others. The benchmarking is of course anonymous.
File Format
The reports are presented in HTML, PDF, MS Excel and MS Word format. You
just have to choose the file format you prefer on the web site.
Moreover, the reports are designed with your company logo.
Access Control
All the generated reports are presented on our
password-protected web site. The
access control on the web site is based on the management hierarchy defined by
your
company. The hierarchy defines who in your company that has access to
which reports.
Subscription
The users of the report web site do not have to visit the web site
regularly to follow the trends within specific areas. The Expenture
solution
contains a subscription function, which ensures that the users receive
the reports via e-mail.
