Expenture clients get free access to Concur’s wide range of services, including their mobile apps which enable you to handle your travel expense management on your mobile phone or tablet.

Concur’s mobile app means that your travel expense management is always handy and easily accessible – enabling you to keep track of expenses, vouchers/receipts and reporting in a fast, easy and safe way.

The app has all the same features that you are already familiar with from your desk top systems – you can, among other things, import data from your credit cards, save receipts and set up, go through or approve travel vouchers and travel expense reports.

The mobile app means that you no longer have to search through drawers, archives etc. for that receipt you got a week ago. Now it is all there – right at hand.

With this app you can:
-Use the camera of your phone or tablet to take a picture of and upload all travel receipts
- View and edit credit card fees
- Set up travel/mileage reports with mileage information and price
- Organize all travel documents/receipts in categories and folders
- Approve or reject travel receipts/vouchers
